Canada Post Strike Information

As of 12/01/2024 we are using UPS / Purolator / Canpar for all orders with a physical shipping address, so you can shop and get your order on time!

To ensure timely delivery of your order for the holidays, we recommend shipping your order UPS Express (1-2 Days) or UPS Expedited (2-3 Days).  We have discounted these shipping rates by 30% during the Canada Post strike.

If your shipping address is a PO Box you will experience a delay due to the Canada Post strike. We recommend using an alternate shipping address (please contact us for more information) or you can pick up your order at our Windsor location (Ontario Residents only).

If you've already placed an order and it was shipped with Canada Post you can stay up to date on the status of your package by signing up for text alerts on the tracking page from your shipping confirmation email.  We're unable to provide new delivery dates due to the service impact with Canada Post.
